01 Try before you pay
Every POS plan starts with a 14-day free trial with no card, so you can check SmartPOS fits before paying anything.
02 Monthly plans
Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund part-months.
03 Annual plans
If you cancel within 14 days of the first annual payment, we refund it in full. After that, you keep access until the end of the paid year; we do not refund unused months.
04 Managed website setup fee
The one-time website setup fee is refundable in full until we start design work, and 50% refundable until the site goes live. After launch it is not refundable.
05 Billing mistakes
If we charged you in error, we refund the full amount as soon as we confirm it.
06 How to ask
Send your account email and the invoice number through the contact form. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
07 Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under the law of your country.
