POS and website bundle vs buying separately: the monthly maths
What a small business really pays per month for a POS, a website and a CRM bought separately, versus one bundle, in the USA, the UAE and Pakistan.

The short answer: a small business that buys a POS, a website and a CRM separately usually pays three monthly bills, a setup fee and the cost of keeping them in sync. A bundle replaces the three bills with one, and only makes sense if you need all three.
The three things most shops end up paying for
- POS software, per location per month.
- A website: a builder subscription you maintain yourself, or a designer you pay to do it.
- Marketing and follow-up: a CRM or email tool for reminders, reviews and win-back messages.
A worked example in the USA
Use your own numbers in the savings calculator. As a starting point it uses typical figures that owners tell us on demos: a $69 POS plan, a $49 website builder and a $97 CRM, which is $215 a month before your time. The SmartPOS bundle is listed on the pricing page for your country, with the website setup fee waived.
The UAE and Pakistan
In the UAE, prices on this site include 5% VAT; in Pakistan, prices are shown before applicable sales tax. The calculator switches currency and tax wording with the country selector, and uses local starting figures that you can overwrite.
What the bundle does not change
- Card processing stays with your own processor and is never in the bundle.
- Your GoHighLevel subscription is separate: the snapshot installs into your own account.
- Your data stays yours. You can export products, customers and sales.
When to buy separately
If your website already brings in customers and your CRM already runs your follow-up, do not replace them for the sake of one bill. Take POS Growth on its own and connect what you have.
When the bundle pays off
If you are about to buy a website and a CRM anyway, or paying someone to update a website by hand every time your menu or prices change, the bundle usually costs less and keeps everything in one place. Read what is in the bundle.
