Your online store, built from your catalogue
How the online store is generated from your products, what it shows, how to change its look, and when to upgrade to a managed website.

Every SmartPOS plan includes an online store. You do not build it: it is generated from your catalogue, so products, prices, photos and stock appear automatically and update as you sell.
What it shows
- Your logo, business name, address and opening hours
- Categories and products with photos, prices and availability
- For food editions, a menu layout; for services, a list with durations
- A QR code you can print for tables, counters and windows
Turning it on
Settings → Online store → Publish. Choose which locations’ stock it reads, and which categories to show.
Changing it
You can change the colours, the banner image and the order of categories. Hide a product by unticking Show in online store on that product.
Your own domain
The store has an address on our domain. To use your own domain, or to get a full custom website with your own pages, upgrade to the managed website or the bundle.
What it is not
The included store is a catalogue and ordering page, not a full website with custom pages, a blog or SEO work. That is what the managed website adds.
